Your Dog’s Home Away From Home

More Than Just Daycare
We do more than just provide a space for dogs to play together safely. Your dog can visit different Zones in our facility:
- Play Zones: supervised group play
- Zen Zone: down time and lunch
- Splash Zone: pool and water play
We have play groups and enrichment activities to keep dogs physically and mentally busy and engaged. Our trained staff are engaging your dog in enrichment activities and teaching them new and fun skills.

Our Facility
Our play areas feature the following:
- Indoor play areas with outdoor access
- Large dog area
- Small dog area
- Heating and air conditioning
- Large windows and skylights
- Advanced ventilation system
- K-9 Grass
- Fenced yards

Our Staff
Our staff is specially trained in:
- Dog body language
- Off-leash group play
- First aid
- Daily report cards
We have 2 staff members supervising the dogs at all times, in group play, and in group enrichment activities.
We write out a daily report card to see who your dog’s friends are and what your dog did during the day with us.
What to expect from group play
- Dogs that play hard, sleep hard! Expect that your dog may be very tired at the end of their day and may continue to be more tired than normal the following day, especially if they are not used to so much activity.
- Water Consumption: There is fresh water available to the dogs, but some dogs are not comfortable drinking while other dogs are present. Because their activity level is higher, they may want to drink more than usual once they arrive home.
- Rough-housing: We will separate any play we deem too rough and notify pet parents of any scuffs we find on their dog. If you happen to notice any “dents or dings” that we missed, certainly let us know!
- Flea & Tick Treatment: While fleas and ticks are rarely seen in Northern Nevada, they are plentiful in the nearby Sierra Nevada area and California. A preventative flea/tick treatment is not a requirement but is recommended. This should also prevent doggie lice, which are parasites that can survive in our Nevada climate.
Doggie Daycare Guidelines
In order to provide a fun and safe environment for all dogs and humans, we require all of our clients to comply with a few simple rules and regulations:
- All dogs 6 months and older must be spayed or neutered.
- Dogs must behave in a non-aggressive friendly manner towards other dogs and people, and not be protective of food or space.
- All dogs must enter and exit our facility on a leash and in the control of their guardians.
- Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to welcome the following breeds or breed mixes: American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Stafforshire Bull Terrier, Bull Terrier, Miniature Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, Dogo Argentino, Cane Corso, Dog De Bordeux, and Mastiffs, BUT we would love to accommodate them in our boarding accommodations!
- All daycare doggies must be dropped off before 12:00 pm.

Reservations are required for boarding and do require a 50% deposit upon booking. The remaining 50% is collected upon check-in. Holiday weekends we always recommend advanced booking as we do get filled up rather quickly! We know life can happen and we don’t always have time to plan in advance. Should an emergency arise, we will do everything we can to accommodate you.
All appointments (boarding, daycare, and grooming) must be up-to-date on vaccines. The following are required, no exceptions:
- Rabies
- DHPP (Distemper/Parvo)
- Bordetella (kennel cough)
We do recommend Canine Influenza and being current on flea/tick prevention as well. Proof of vaccination from your veterinarian is required prior to your dog being checked in. If you do not have medical records or a print-out from your vet, we can email them in advance of your appointment, or we can call them to obtain the verification.
If your dog is being vaccinated for Canine Influenza or Bordetella for the first time, we require the initial vaccine to be given at least one week (7 days) prior to your dog’s visit with us.
It is your responsibility to provide vaccine records for your dog that meet our requirements. Please upload vaccine records to your Customer Portal.
We are required by the county to have the image of the vaccine record in your portal.
If you are having trouble uploading, you can bring your records in person and we can upload them for you.
The Canine Influenza (H3N2) is a two-part vaccine. We can accept your dog one week (7 days) after the first vaccine, if you sign our waiver.
If your pet should require medical attention while in our care, we make every attempt to contact you or your emergency contact. If we are unable to reach you, our customary procedure is to contact your veterinarian. All charges incurred will be your responsibility. If it is an emergency, we will take your pet to the closest veterinarian.
The purpose of enrichment is to reduce stress in dogs and to reinforce socialization practices. Providing a dog with enrichment allows the animal to have a sense of control over their environment, which can help reduce and avoid stress.
